Pickler was raised in a challenging environment. When she was two the mother of her fled from an unfaithful relationship. Pickler was reunited with her mother to her life in 1995. She took charge of Pickler. However, it was not the best encounter. So when she was 12 the court returned Pickler to her grandparents who took care of her until she reached adulthood. Pickler had to be busy with her young children in absence of her parents. Pickler admitted that she was no longer able to learn and she began to understand how to be a homemaker from a very young age. Pickler was a member of her middle school and high school's cheerleading squad. North Stanly High School was where Pickler graduated from in the year 2004. Pickler is also a seasoned beauty queen.
